The team has taken ideas for their project from Germany and Finland in addition to other places.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise architecture, parks and efficient infrastructure that are found in German cities such as Dusseldorf, Munich, and Berlin.

Tatishev states that all of these factors contribute toward an inviting living space.
